Terms of Service
Last updated: draft, not yet published.
This is a starting-point draft, not reviewed by a lawyer. Replace it with real, jurisdiction-appropriate terms before accepting real users or real money.
1. What NEXFT is
NEXFT is a non-custodial NFT launchpad and marketplace built for StableChain. We never hold your funds or NFTs — every mint, listing, sale, offer, and auction executes directly through smart contracts from your own connected wallet. We do not have the ability to reverse a transaction, recover a lost wallet, or refund a completed on-chain sale.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use NEXFT, and you're responsible for confirming that using an NFT marketplace and holding digital assets is lawful where you live.
3. Your wallet, your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We cannot recover access if you lose them, and we will never ask for your seed phrase. Every transaction you sign is final once confirmed on-chain.
4. No investment advice, no guarantees
Nothing on NEXFT is investment, financial, or legal advice. NFT prices are volatile and can go to zero. We make no representation about the value, utility, or future performance of any collection listed or launched here, including ones launched by our own team.
5. Fees
NEXFT charges a platform fee on marketplace sales, currently set between 2.5% and 10% (see the current rate in-app), plus a launch fee on new collections. Fees are enforced by the smart contracts and are not refundable once a transaction confirms.
6. Prohibited use
Don't use NEXFT for fraud, money laundering, infringing someone else's intellectual property, or listing illegal content. We reserve the right to flag, hide, or delist content through the moderation tools described in our Privacy Policy — this only affects what NEXFT displays, not on-chain ownership.
7. Intellectual property
Creators retain all rights to the art and content in the collections they launch. Minting or buying an NFT does not by itself transfer copyright — check the specific collection's own terms for what a token actually grants you.
8. No warranty, limitation of liability
NEXFT is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the extent the law allows, and we are not liable for losses from smart contract bugs, network outages, lost keys, third-party wallet or RPC failures, or market volatility.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
