Privacy Policy

This is a starting-point draft, not reviewed by a lawyer. Replace it with a real policy matched to your actual data practices and applicable law (e.g. GDPR/CCPA) before accepting real users.
1. What we collect
Your wallet address, once connected — this is how the app knows what you own, what you've listed, and what you've made offers on. If you use the "Featured" or moderation tools as an admin, the admin wallet address is stored against the action for audit purposes. If you upload artwork or metadata, the file is pinned to IPFS via Pinata and the upload is logged against your wallet address.
2. What we don't collect
We don't currently collect email addresses, names, or any other off-chain identity — connecting a wallet is the entire "account" NEXFT has. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers.
3. On-chain activity is public
Every mint, listing, sale, offer, bid, and transfer happens on a public blockchain. Anyone — including NEXFT — can see this activity for any wallet, independent of whether you've ever visited this site. We don't control this and can't make it private or remove it once confirmed.
4. Content pinned to IPFS
Artwork and metadata uploaded through the collection wizard are pinned to IPFS via Pinata. Content on IPFS is content-addressed and may be replicated by other nodes once public — treat anything you upload as permanent and public, the same as on-chain data.
5. Third-party services
We rely on RPC providers to read and submit blockchain data, WalletConnect/Reown for wallet-connect infrastructure, and Pinata for IPFS pinning. Each has its own privacy practices for the technical connection data (e.g. IP address) that passes through them.
6. Deletion requests
We can delete app-side records tied to your wallet address (display preferences, watchlist, uploaded files not referenced by a live collection) on request. We cannot delete or alter anything already confirmed on the blockchain — that's outside anyone's control, including ours.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
